If you (plan to) come to the University of Graz for an exchange semester or year with mobility programmes, such as Erasmus+, ISEP, Joint Study, CEEPUS or similar, you can find further information here.

If you are interested in obtaining a (bachelor, master, diploma or PhD level) degree and completed your secondary school or previous degree outside of Austria, you have to apply as international student at the Academic Affairs office.

If your home university has no mobility agreement (exchange agreement) with the University of Graz but you would like to stay here for 1-2 semesters on a self-organized stay as student, you can apply as free mover. The requirements are the same as for degree-seeking students. Please contact the Academic Affairs office for further information.
