Nomination

Students must be nominated by the relevant program coordinator at the home university to the University of Graz. Detailed information about the nomination process as well as nomination and application deadlines can be found below.

Selected students must be nominated by the relevant program coordinator at the home university via the data base Mobility-Online. The nomination must include the following information: first and last names of student as it appears in passport, email address of student, mobility period (winter semester = Sept-Jan / summer semester = Feb-July, academic year = Sept-July), official university, study field(s) and study level at home university. Nominated students receive a nomination email to (1) register in UNIGRAZ-Online and (2) start the online application in Mobility-Online providing the requested application documents.

Nomination deadlines (We are unable to accept nominations after these deadlines.): 

  • 15 May (winter semester/academic year)  
  • 15 October (summer semester)

Deadline for receiving the application documents:

  • 1 June (winter semester/academic year)
  • 1 November (summer semester)

Nominated students receive then an access code for the online application (step 1) and have to send the requested application documents in ONE PDF file by email (step 2).

Nomination deadlines Hendrix + HighPoint:

  • 15 March (winter semester/academic year)
  • 15 August (summer semester)

Deadline for receiving the application documents:

  • 1 June (winter semester/academic year)
  • 1 November (summer semester)

Selected students must be nominated by the relevant program coordinator at the home university via email to erasmusplus.intl.incoming(at)uni-graz.at. The nomination email must include the following information: first and last names of student as it appears in passport, email address of student, mobility period (winter semester = Sept-Jan / summer semester = Feb-July), official name of home university, study field(s) and study level at home university, BA/MA (completed, signed and stamped Learning Agreement), PhD (completed, signed and stamped invitation letter by Uni Graz professor). Nominated students receive then an access code for the online application (step 1) and have to send the requested application documents in ONE PDF-file by email (step 2).
