Please note that University of Graz does no longer issue paper transcripts

An electronically signed transcript has replaced the paper version of the transprict. You can download the transcript from your UNIGRAZonline account during the timeframe of your enrollment (students ending their stay in January have access to their accounts until end of April; students ending their stay in June have access to their accounts until end of November). Make sure you change your password whenever asked to in order to keep your account open.

Bear in mind that grades for courses that require seminar papers will take longer. If you need your grades urgently soon after the semester ends, make your professors aware of that and make sure you complete all the relevant work in time.
German courses taken at Treffpunkt Sprachen are included in the official transcripts.

The electronically signed transcript can only be accessed and downloaded by the students themselves during the timeframe of their enrollment. The transcript can be verified for authenticity by the students themselves and anybody they forward the documents to.

When passing your transcript on to your home university for credit transfer, make sure you also include the cover letter (see link below).

In case students have also taken courses at Graz University of Technology, University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, Medical University of Graz or the University College of Teacher Education Graz via co-enrollment, they must request those transcripts directly from those institutions and provide them with the mailing address for the transcripts. Note that not all institutions have transitioned to electronically signed transcripts yet.
