Our office is your contact point for all questions concerning international affairs.

The International Relations Office will be closed on Monday, October 13, 2025 due to an internal event.

We will be open again Tuesday, October 14, 2025 during the usual opening hours.

International Week 2025

All information about stays abroad will be presented during International Week from October 20 to 23 2025 in the foyer of the University Library.

How to get in touch

The International Relations Office is located on the ground floor of the main building (Universitätsplatz 3) next to the foyer of the University Library.

Personal consultation hourss during the lecture-free period: Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm and by appointment. Regular: Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12pm and Wednesday from 1pm to 3pm and by appointment.

We are also available for you by telephone outside opening hours. You can find your contact person in the menu item "About us", the office can be reached at +43 (0)316 380 - 1249
