Find out here about the current application deadlines for the University of Graz’s mobility programmes.

Please note the relevant deadlines so that you can submit your application in good time and plan your stay abroad effectively.

CEEPUS	1^st Deadline: 1 November 2026 (for network and freemover stays in the summer semester) 2^nd Deadline: 1 June 2027 (for stays in the winter semester or the entire academic year) 3^rd Deadline: 1 July 2027 (for freemover stays)
Erasmus+ International study stays abroad	1^st Deadline: 7 December 2026 to 21 January 2027 2^nd Deadline: expected in March 2027 (remaining places for mobility in the winter semester and/or summer semester 2027/28)**
Erasmus+ internship	apply at any time (no later than 2 months before the start of the placement)
Erasmus+ study stays abroad	1^st Deadline: 7 December 2026 to 21 January 2027 2^nd Deadline: expected in March 2027 (remaining places for mobility in the winter semester and/or summer semester 2027/28)**
Ida Pfeiffer Scholarship	1^st Deadline: 6 November 2026 (for stays in the winter semester) 2^nd Deadline: 5 March 2027 (for stays in the summer semester)
ISEP	20 November 2026 (stays in the winter- and/or summer semester 2027/28)
iStudy	1^st Deadline: 4 December 2026 2^nd Deadline: expected in March 2027 (remaining places for mobility in the summer semester 2027/28)**
Marshall Plan Scholarship	1^st Deadline: 30 September 2026 2^nd Deadline: 31 March 2027
Internship grant	apply at any time (no later than 2 months before the start of the placement)
Utrecht Network	4 December 2026
Grant for self-organised mobilties	apply at any time (before the start of the stay)
