If you face unforeseen difficulties and/or challenges during your stay abroad, please, contact us as soon as possible so that we can look for possible solutions together.
Arrival Confirmation
Have the first part of the confirmation of stay, which you can download from Mobility-Online, signed and upload the signed document in Mobility-Online. Keep the original document in a safe place, because at the end of the stay it has to be signed again by the host university and the original has to be handed in to the International Relations Office in Graz.
Changes to the Learning Agreement
If you attend different courses at your host university than those originally listed in your Learning Agreement before your stay, you must update your Learning Agreement within 5 weeks after the start of your stay abroad.
- Are you attending new courses?
Apply for a new pre-notification (Vorausbescheid) for the new course(s). Once you have received the approved pre-notification (Vorausbescheid), you can update your Learning Agreement.
- Do you wish to drop certain courses and not attend any new ones?
In this case, no new pre-notification (Vorausbescheid) is needed. You can update your Learning Agreement directly.

Continuous enrollment at Uni Graz
During your stay abroad you must remain enrolled at the University of Graz. Please, ensure to continue your enrollment at the University of Graz by paying the fees according to the deadlines of the Academic Affairs Office: https://studienabteilung.uni-graz.at/en/dates-deadlines/
We will notify the Academic Affairs Office about your stay abroad once you have submitted the original signed Erasmus+ grant agreement, and uploaded the arrival confirmation signed by the host university to Mobility-Online.
Only for students who must pay the tuition fee at the University of Graz: If you have already paid the tuition fee, you must apply for a reimbursement of the fee on your own and according to the deadlines of the Academic Affairs Office: https://studienabteilung.uni-graz.at/en/tuition-fee/tuition-fee-reimbursement/
